Gaming Laptop from HP

 Greetings, lovely people!

Today we're going to be looking at the HP Omen 16 gaming laptop, or to be more specific, the HP  Almond 16 c or 500 Na. Gotta love those catchy model names. You can get this mighty morpho right   now from Curry's PC World here in Britain for the highly respectable sum of just 1299 quid, and you'll  be able to  run the latest and greatest PC games on it. Let's mix up some crisp quad HD visuals. Out of   the box, omen 16 will take you on a journey.A full-fledged tour is required to put such abilities to the test. The unboxing part of it is pretty straight forward. What you get packed in here is, of course, the almond 16 gammon  laptop itself and the power adapter as well. Of course, you can actually turn  it on. The Urban by HP is a 16 inch beast, weighing just over two kilos, so yeah, not the most portable laptop around, but it is built like an absolute tank. This thing is sturdy enough to play games on.

The brandon is both discreet and elegant, and the omen 16 would look equally at home in a boardroom or a teenager's bedroom, and connectivity is exactly what you'd want and expect from a powerful gaming machine. You've got a super fast usb type-c port with a 10 gigabits per second signaling
rate that supports the HP sleep and charge feature, a display port 1.4, three usb air 3.0 ports, a hdmi  2.1 port, and a rj45 ethernet port for a fast wide connection, and you've got a display port 1.4, three  usb air 3.0 ports, a hdmi 2.1 port, and a This colorful wii beauty right here is the omen 16's
quad zone rgb anti ghosting keyboard. The 16 inch chassis thankfully affords plenty of space for  each key, so touch typing is a very comfortable experience with dedicated keys for launching apps  like the omen gaming hub, which just happens to be exactly where you can fully customize the light  and tweak that soft common glow of each section. Absolutely lovely stuff. Now this colorful wii beauty right here is the omen 16's quad zone rgb anti-ghostin' keyboard.One of the absolute highlights
of the omen 16 is that spacious 16.1 inch ips screen, which serves up a proper serious view of the
action. Those quad hd visuals give this laptop an edge over full hd rivals, boasting impressive detail  levels despite the size. It's one of the sharpest gaming laptop screens you'll find at this price point,  perfect for those rts titles. One of the absolute highlights of the omen 16 is that spacious 16.1 inch ips screen, which serves up a proper serious view of the action.

Fast refresh combined with HP's flicker-free tech, which helps to prevent screen tearing and other
graphical issues, makes for a super smooth gaming experience. Yeah, it's not the brightest panel  around, topping it off at around 300 nits, but at least you get that anti-glare finish so you can still
see what the rusty heck is going on when you're gaming in a well-lit environment.a gaming laptop
is nothing but a giant paperweight if the performance happens to suck. Thankfully, the omen 16's  beefy chassis packs in an amd ryzen 7 5800h CPU backed by 16 gigs of ddr4 ram as well as a tasty bit  of radiant rx 6600 m action with eight gigs of vram. As previously mentioned, the nifty omen
gaming hub gives you access to the nifty omen gaming hub.Every aspect of the omen 16, from the  CPU and GPU usage to those internal temperatures, which the built-in allman tempus coolant tech
helps to prevent the laptop from heating up under pressure. The laptop offers venting on three sides as well as five-way airflow and this does an admirable job. Those fans can get quite noisy at the top rpm, but they successfully keep the omen 16 from throttling so you can suck off work and spend a good couple of hours Forza Horizon scenery zipped by with a beautiful bit of motion blur complete with incredible lighting effects as the sunlight bounced off my bonnet as well as the occasional telegraph pole or two, and if you're a fan of multiplayer shenanigans, the omen 16 paired perfectly with fast-paced online titles like Back for Blood, even when I just stuck with the simple wi-fi connection.
All in all, the laptop smashed through the pressure tests with a near-perfect score, and as for storage,
you've got a 512 gig SSD on board the almond 16, and it's fairly quick too, benchmarking speeds of almost three gigabits per second for read and write. Of course, as with all gaming laptops, battery life isn't particularly impressive; about two hours of hot doom action was about all I got from it.
