Camera comparison between the Oppo Reno 6 Pro Plus and the iPhone 12.

6 Pro Plus and the iPhone 12.

This Oppo 6 Pro Plus comes with a 12th iPhone Yes, I have to do that every time. I have to show you that I have the Before I got a camera, I used smartphones. A comparison blog This irritates me. to try this one alongside the opportuno 6 pro plus, and I'd also like to add another smartphone,

 the oneplus 9r, which is the cheapest of the three, and this one, the oppo Renault 6 pro plus, which is

 the most expensive of the three, so if you want me to  do that camera comparison video, let me know.

Okay, personally, I don't think the oppo renault 6 pro plus  is a decent upgrade because the

 opponent 6 pro class is almost the same as the oppo renault 5 pro plus, save for a little upgrade on the 

soc. Check carefully, observe carefully, and listen attentively to see  whether this is a good upgrade.

The camera on smartphones is improving. Which smartphone microphone performs the best?Personally, I believe the iPhone 12 is performing better.The iPhone 12 already boasts a larger

 dynamic range and better exposure than the iPhone 11. So you decide, check it out, and let me

 know what you think in the comments section below.Let me start by saying that the iPhone 12

 does not have a telephoto lens, which means it relies on the main sensor and then applies digital crop. Yes, the Renault 6 Pro Plus has a 13 megapixel sensor paired with a 52 millimeter lens and offers 2x 

optical zoom. This photo was taken at 10x zoom. 

Even though the oppo renault 6 pro plus has a

dedicated telephoto lens for 2x zoom, it couldn't

capture enough detailsand it's a bit over processed.

These photos were taken at 5x and at a glance, 

it appears  the quality of the photos is similar to

 those 10x photos. Not much of a difference.

Let us crop in and  check. Wow, the differences

 are amazing.Its color temperature is warm. 

   

I was hoping that the oppo renault 6 pro plus would perform better on 2x zoom photos, and yes, the  oppo renault 6 pro plus performs better on 2x zoom photos than the iphone 12. However, I am disappointed to see that the harsh warm tone on the oppo renault 6 pro plus is not random; almost all  2x zoom photos on the oppo renault 6 pro plus color temperature go warm, and there are occasional hints of saturation, so the iPhone 12 performs well for a camera with a 12 megapixel sensor. Any conclusion? 

The iPhone 12 series smartphones all have this trend of artificially processing images with lucrative  color tones to beautify the sky, so the blue sky on the iPhone 12 shots is completely fake. Not only the

sky, but also the leaves on the trees are artificially processed by the iPhone 12.Even if the

 photographs on the oppo renault 6 pro plus are a little saturated and the warm color temperature makes things worse, I still prefer the color grading on the oppo renault 6 pro plus, but there are more issues  with the lower aperture.Furthermore, the oppo renault 6 pro plus's stock camera application stops 

it from taking high-quality ultra-wide photos.Also, the oppo renault 6 pro plus's dynamic range

 is nowhere near that of the iPhone 12. Okay, that ugly worm tone with a bit of a magenta cast got even worse in indoor low-light ultrawide photos. Not only is white balance sometimes off, but mid-tones and exposure are also not as good as expected. Color rendition has taken a dive, and sometimes  colors are so way too pale that it appears that the oppo renault 6 pro plus is rendered in different colors than the iPhone 12. After evaluating all the factors, I believe the iPhone 12

ultrawide photographs are superior. What are your thoughts? Please leave a comment and let me know.

 Regular photography is the most important thing for almost all average users. They open their smartphone cameras and start to take photos. Okay, I must mention that I took all of these images in auto mode with auto hdr on ai and scene detection was also enabled on the oppo renault 6 pro. Like those ultrawide photos, the iPhone 12 continued to artificially optimize the scene, but this time white balance actually jumps back and forth between the iPhone 12 and the oppo renault 6 pro.When the white balance on the oppo renault 6 pro plus goes wrong, it's sometimes much warmer than usual and looks very unnatural, and sometimes it's so cold that it appears someone edited the photo without any editing skill and ruined the saturation and exposur.When the white balance on the oppo renault 6 pro plus is off, the image is sometimes far too warm and appears unnatural, while other times it is far too cold and appears to have been edited without the photographer's knowledge.In practically every image, everything is well-managed.

Yes, these video clips were recorded at 4K at 30 frames per second. If you didn't know, both 

of these smartphones have optical image stabilization on the main sensor. Both of these smartphones  performed amazingly well, offering crisp video quality details and texture processing that is even better than many other flagships. However, color rendition and white balance differ slightly between these  two smartphones.If color rendition isn't critical to you, the opporano 6 pro plus has a higher dynamic  range and somewhat better stability.

The iPhone 12 really did well in terms of portrait photographs, and this is an area where the iPhone 

12 outperformed the iPhone 11 in terms of photo quality, especially edge detection and realistic color  grading. Other than better color rendition, shadows and textures are even better on the iPhone 12. 

Even though the Oppo Renault 6 Pro Plus comes with a telephoto lens, it does not use it for portrait 

photographs; instead, it uses the primary sensor, and there is no option to use the telephoto  lens 

for portrait shots. This is aggravating, as I constantly note in all of my camera comparison movies.

Yes, a lot depends on personal preference; this will undoubtedly be a preference issue; it will depend on what you prefer. Even if iphone 12 portrait or bokeh photos are profitable, oppo renault 6 pro

 plus actually represents reality. The skin tone on oppo renault 6 pro plus is almost true to life,

 and I'm surprised to see that iphone 12 has some sort of skin smoothing effect on portrait mode. Once we move to indoor artificial lighting conditions, iphone 12 starts to act like an iphone and that  worm color temperature is back, oppo renault 6 pro plus also started to act differently.or some form of  beauty effect on the oppo rno6 pro plus, which detracts from the subject's authenticity and makes the  entire image appear artificially optimized.I should point out that taking portrait photos

 of small objects or food in a crowded environment is extremely difficult on the oppo renault 6 pro plus, and it frequently misses the focus blurry subject.Yes, I have already shared how it look in portrait

 mode, but if you want to take photos of human subjects in regular photo mode, the results are  completely different. has a problem with exposure.

I was startled with the iPhone 12; I believe most people have heard enough to assume that the iPhone  12 has issues in intense and unique lighting conditions. The oppo renault 6 pro plus has the 

same issue, but aside from these weird photographs of the iPhone 12, the oppo renault 6 pro plus appears to be more realistic. I believe this is unfair. Even on its premium flagship,

such as the oppo find x3 pro, the iPhone 12 has a better selfie camera setup than any other Apple smartphone, whereas oppo smartphones have a few flaws.If you still don't see the differences,

the iPhone 12 has a much better dynamic range than any other Apple smartphone. Edge detection

 is improved, and cuts are improved. better line mix separation.Furthermore, the iPhone 

12 portrait shots are superior and actually preferable due to their true-to life color rendering and 

comprehensive subject information.Yeah, we're talking about selfie camera portrait photos. I didn't

 take many because the differences are so obvious, even at a glance. I'd like to know what you think  about the selfie photos because I'm getting tired of saying the same thing, like how the iPhone 12  proved to be significantly better than the oppo renault 6 pro plus in terms of color rendition, sharpness, and details.since the opporeno 5 pro plus has the same problem. Purple can turn blue at times, and 

black can turn magenta at other times. Why does Oppo release so many smartphones with 

the same issue? Not only is the white balance of the Oppo Renault 6 Pro Plus a little warm in indoor  lighting conditions, the highlights in the color curve are genuinely artificial. 

It's like riding a roller coaster, with lows and highs, highs and lows. I'm blown away by how well the  iPhone 12 performed in artificial lighting, with almost perfect color grading, superior exposure, and  neutral white balance. I don't see why not. I'm pretty dissatisfied with the performance of the

 oppo Renault 6 Pro Plus for indoor photography. It's not consistent, and they call it a smartphone

 with flagship level camera performance.What are your thoughts on this? Please leave a comment, 

but first let's look at the night mode shots and then make a decision. Yeah, I know you've been waiting  for this nightmare performance of two budget flagships.Okay, before I say anything further,let me 

show you a few photographs. iPhones are recognized for having better night mode performance. In  some of my reviews, it did have some flaws, but overall it was a good phone.I cannot deny that Apple  now provides better night mode performance than before. However, a lot depends on how you like your photos. Some people argue that if night mode photos are not bright enough or if they are not visible,  why do you need night mode? However, I believe there are four factors that define a good 

night mode photo, which I call the "d-e-n-s details."

There is a distinction to be made between noise and shadows.exposure I'll go with any smartphone

 that can get these four correct in night mode. I know some may disagree, but in this comparison,      the  Renault 6 Pro Plus has more details. Except for a fanboy, everyone has to acknowledge that

 balanced exposure, low noise, and shadows are considerably better.that the Renault 6 Pro Plus has performed better These films were shot at night in a harsh lighting scenario with a variety 

of strong light sources in a dark atmosphere, which is extremely challenging to process and optimize 

for most smartphones.These video clips were recorded at 1080p with super steady mode enabled on

 the oppo Renault 6 pro plus. I was trying to check stabilization. Yes, the iPhone 12 did better as usual, but in terms of details, texture processing, and noise removal, I believe the oppo renault 6 pro plus did  a bit better.The Opos Reno 6 Pro Plus is a serious contender.Of course, the oppo reno 

6 pro plus battled hard, but if you're searching for a smartphone with good photography

 performance, I recommend the iPhone 12.If you're looking for something that offers good value 

for money, the Oppo 6 Pro Plus is a fantastic option, but it's not the only one; there are many other

 smartphones with lower prices that offer better camera performance and overall performance.
